ABOUT ME

Your Body, the Way You Want It

Hey! I am a competitive Figure Bodybuilder, Personal Trainer, Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach, Phys Ed and Science Educator. I am based in the Durham Region. I have practical experience with helping a variety of clients to reach their goals. Whether your goals be weight loss, building muscle, improving stamina; balance and coordination.

I grew up very active and played a handful of sports, however I have had my fair share of struggles. For many years of my athletic career I never understood the value of nutrition and how it correlates with my fitness, health and body composition goals.

MEAL PLANNING

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! You will receive a flexible nutrition program that teaches you habits you can carry out for long term success. Recommendations are based on an analysis of your general activity level, current body weight and a more in-depth questionnaire. Adjustments to your program are made biweekly based on your progress towards your goals.

1-ON-1 TRAINING SESSIONS

Personal training sessions at a convenient location. Every session or package purchased includes a consultation, where you express your goals, your health, experiences with fitness and nutrition. Your goals are my goals! From here we build a customized program that you can look forward to!
